Use of Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To improve guest support: We use the information to provide you with support during your stay at the property, including answering your questions about the accommodations, recommendations, transportation suggestions, and addressing any problems you may encounter.
- To enable hosts to contact guests: We allow hosts to see the conversations you have with the Chatbot for context and to contact you directly if necessary.
- To provide feedback to hosts: We allow hosts to see the conversations you have with the Chatbot to gather feedback and improve their hosting experience.
- To personalize the Chatbot experience: We use a cookie to determine your browser's locale and display the Chatbot in your preferred language. We also use a cookie to store the conversation history on your device for a seamless experience.
Data Retention
- File attachments: We delete file attachments sent through the Chatbot after one hour.
- Conversation history: Conversation history is stored on your device and can be accessed by the host or anyone the host grants access to.
Data Security
Your information is stored securely within Voiceflow and Voiceglow, both of which adhere to strict data security practices and comply with relevant data privacy regulations. User Responsabilities
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information they provide when interacting with our chatbots. We use two cookies:
- Browser locale: This cookie determines your browser's preferred language and is used to display the Chatbot in that language.
- Runtime local: This cookie stores the conversation history on your device.
